All Blood & Grace products are made to order. Once you place an order, your item is produced specifically for you, helping us reduce waste and maintain quality control.

⁉️How long does it take to process an order?⁉️

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

⁉️Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?⁉️

Because items enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error, and we will do our best to assist.


Shipping & Delivery

⁉️How long does shipping take?⁉️

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

⁉️Do you ship internationally?⁉️

Yes, we ship to select international countries. Availability will be shown at checkout.

⁉️Will I receive tracking information?⁉️

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

⁉️What if my package is delayed or lost?⁉️

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking link first. If the issue persists, contact the shipping carrier. If further assistance is needed, reach out to our support team.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

⁉️Do you accept returns or exchanges?⁉️

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind.

⁉️What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?⁉️

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no cost.

⁉️When will I receive my refund?⁉️

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Sizing & Fit

⁉️How do I choose the correct size?⁉️

We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page and comparing measurements with a garment you already own. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is recommended for a relaxed fit.

⁉️Are your shirts true to size?⁉️

Yes. Our apparel features a unisex, true-to-size fit. Please note that fit preferences vary by individual.

⁉️Will my shirt shrink?⁉️

Our garments are pre-shrunk. Minimal shrinkage may occur if care instructions are not followed.


Product & Care

⁉️How should I care for my apparel?⁉️

To maintain quality and print longevity:

  • Wash inside out

  • Cold wash only

  • Do not bleach

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on the design

⁉️Will the design fade over time?⁉️

With proper care, our prints are designed to remain vibrant and durable.

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Blood & Grace does not store your payment information.
